“If you’re going to ask me up on stage to perform like a dancing bear, then you damn well better get off my fucking stage unless you want to wear the tutu.”
Who am I?
A student, a geek, an activist, a born-and-raised Southerner, a nonsectarian Zen Buddhist, a big-city person by compulsion, identified as genderqueer with plans to transition and a femme masculine presentation. I am easily amused and given to creating a great matrix of thoughts to connect all of my varied interests. Bad movies, bad fiction, badly written erotica, sequential art, and tokusatsu shows are my amusements.
Why start another trans blog?
I realized, while having a discussion with Dingsi, there were no blogs that I could identify that really covered two of the most influential spaces I occupy: non-big-city Southern and/or written from a femme masculine perspective. So I can’t promise miracles, but I’d like for that perspective to remain available to those Googling about.
However, I strongly encourage others to look to other trans* blogs (especially my blogroll) before mine for educational information. We are all works in progress, but my progress is well behind other more well informed, literate, and frequently silenced voices.
Why Ping Your Spaceman?
Because, like most other things, it makes me giggle.

We need as many trans blogs as possible.
